  • Deep Cleaning

As the name suggests our deep cleaning service is the most intensive level of cleaning we undertake. It is suitable for numerous situations where only the very highest level of cleaning will suffice. This frequently entails end of tenancy cleans to student accomodation (where perhaps the out-going tenants have not been particularly house proud!), or perhaps the removal of substantial dust deposits that can accumulate during building works. Houses being newly presented to market also benefit significantly from this level of cleaning, though a Spring Clean will often suffice.

Please note the specification below has been produced for the direction of cleaning staff and can be modified to encompass any cleaning requirements you may have, or can be adapted for specific areas only. Deep cleaning is overseen by a cleaning supervisor who will have been already briefed on the specification and job. Also, where properties are empty the process can be less involved as some of the items below will not be required.
