How does pricing work and how many hours do I need?
Unlike many cleaning companies, we don’t price on a ‘per visit’ basis. We’ve written quite a lot about pricing, but paying for cleaning by the hour, is, in our experience, substantially cheaper.
You’ll probably know how long it takes you to get round your property or have a budget you’d like to stick to. We are completely flexible so can change the amount of time we initially book at any point in the future. Also remember that because we time and GPS track all our cleans, you’ll only ever pay for the amount of time your cleaner is working.

How do I pay and who will my cleaner be?
Before emailing your booking confirmation, we’ll confirm the date for the first visit and let you know who to expect. This will then become your regular housekeeper.
Within the booking confirmation email there is a link to set up your account. Then for any week in which you have a clean we’ll process an automatic payment and simultaneously email you a receipt.
