No commitment or contracts
So, you don't need to sign a contract with us and there's no notice period. This means you're not tied into a minimum number of cleans, and do not get charged a penalty if you decide you no longer need a cleaning service. Whilst we understand why companies do this, it only seems in their interests, not yours.
Domestic cleaning at the right price - Brighton rates
We're upfront on hourly rates (i.e. we don't hide them within a quote). We charge £13.50 per hour - a fair price for an experienced cleaning professional, who is paid well above minimum wage. In addition, you don't have to worry about setting up a direct debit or leaving cash.
We have a super simple online payment system. All you need to do is follow the link in the booking confirmation we send, set up your account, and then for any week in which you have a clean, we'll process an automatic payment and simultaneously email you a receipt.
How many hours do I need?
If you've had a cleaner previously, you'll probably have a pretty good idea of how many hours you need, though if you don't, we'll just estimate and agree an initial amount of time (usually between 2-4 hours per weekly or fortnightly.
All our cleaners are very experienced, and will know whether the time allocated needs to be tweaked a little once they get started. If from time to time you need a few extras (maybe you have people visiting and want a blitz?), then just let us know and we'll arrange.
All our cleans are timed and GPS tracked via our app, so you only ever pay for the amount of time your cleaner is actually cleaning.
What about access arrangements?
This is as you prefer. Since we allocate the same insured, checked and vetted person each visit, it's often nice to meet them on the first occasion, though if this is not possible, then a key can be picked up out of hours, or left somewhere hidden. Your cleaner can then hang on to the key (we are specifically insured to hold keys by our insurer Polished) or post it back after each clean. We also have a secure key tracking system in place.
I have pets which will be at home, is this ok?
No problem at all, cleaners are more than used to pets of all shapes and sizes. Just let us know if they have any particular routine.
What about products, cloths, vacuums etc?
In terms of products, we tend to use customers’ own - a very straightforward list of generic cleaning products/materials are required, and we will send you a reminder in your booking confirmation.
