Booking a professional house cleaner in Aberdeen couldn’t be easier

Either way, we’ll have a quick conversation (also via email if you prefer) to go through what you’d like doing, preferred day or time, access arrangements and anything specific to your household, like pets and so on.
Our first class regular service is on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
In terms of access, if you’re going to be at home for each clean then you can just let your cleaner in, or if you’ve at work, feel free to hand over a spare key. Again, we are of course fully insured to hold keys. Alternatively, you can leave a key in a safe place, to be posted back through after each clean - it really is up to you whatever suits best.
Then it’s just a case of us confirming we have your preferred day/time available, allocating you a dedicated housekeeper and sending out a booking confirmation.
What can expect to be done on each visit?
Please let us (or your cleaner) know about a specific routine/items you would like doing, or tasks completed on a rotational basis, perhaps windows or skirting boards for example.
How do I pay for each clean?
Within your booking confirmation email, you’ll find a link to set up your account. Once you’ve done this, for any week in which you have a clean, we’ll automatically process a payment and simultaneously send you a receipt/invoice. This means you don’t need to worry about direct debits or leaving cash laying around.
